Sheilbound was active in the 1990's, and released one album in 1999 called "Counting On Abacus". It was recorded at the legendary Inner Ear recording studio with J. Robbins, so it sounds pretty good. They broke up in 2002 and vocalist/guitarist Michael Shumaker joined Hey Mercedes.
